After getting the run around at multiple places and dealing w a nightmare for 2 weeks Steve at Transmission Hero saved the day. I was told I needed my whole transmission rebuilt. I took my 02 f150 4x4 there to do just that. After going through the vehicle Steve confirmed that my issue is not in the transmission. I greatly appreciated his prompt response and courteous service. Instead of hanging me out to dry(like most other places tend to do) he was professional and honest and up front about everything!!! He could’ve easily rebuilt the trans, gotten paid and sent me on my way none the wiser. What I got was professional service and honesty! Steve has been a huge help in pointing me in the right direction!! I will definitely be using Transmission Hero for all my transmission work from here on out!!!!

PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS SHOP!!! I took my daughter's car in for a simple routine transmission service no problems just needed the transmission fluid and filter changed. I called and asked if that's something they could do today Steve said yes bring it up I dropped the car off at 8:30 and was told they would call me with an estimate. By 2:30 p.m. I had not heard anything yet so I reached out to Steve and he informed me that they hadn't even looked at it yet. I became upset with Steve and told him that was unprofessional as they closed in 2 hours and I asked if they could get my vehicle complete that day. He at that time told me he was doing me a favor and trying to help me out and assured me he would look at it immediately. He called me 30 minutes later with a grocery list of things that need to be done to my car the tune ups didn't considers to evap emission control Purge valves you name it and it needed it and he couldn't get parts for weeks. I told him the car runs perfectly why does it need all this he had no answer. So I took my car to the dealership and guess what $237 later they did my transmission fluid and filter exchange as I asked in their words exactly his car is in perfect operating condition. So with that being said Steve you are a shining example of why there's so much distrust in the automotive industry. May God have mercy on anyone's that falls into Steve's unmoral web of deceitfulness. 🙏

Steve and his crew are awesome! My son had to have his transmission re-built. They got him and up and running and even helped him with another issue that he had with his car while he was there. Thanks guys! <3

Seriously like this place. I never trust any mechanic, especially on my BMW's, very thorough, never going anywhere else but here. I wish I'd known before the last shop.

Transmission hero! The name say it all. I just got my car car back from transmission hero. The car is driving like a brand new car. I am wordless! It unbelievable, guys I gave them the car with the transmission taking apart and pieces laying in boxes in the back of the car. First they figured out what was wrong with the transmission, than they fixed it up, put everything back together and reinstall the transmission back in the car. The best part is that it cost me less than most of the other transmission shop in the area, plus they have a great system that send you updates via text messages. Your invoice, the estimate for your repair with every details and prices. For instance, the parts cost, labor cost and other require fees plus you can also pay your quote through it. Last and not least the personal over there are nice and easy to work with. Thanks to Steve for making the whole process really easy for me, and other thanks to Bob for the friendly test drive at the warranty check up. I liked the experience!

Transmission hero saved my mustang, did a great job in fixing it and now I’m back on the road and running smoothly. Thanks to Steve and his crew for being accommodating and professional, he told me that they will take care of my car and they did! I just got my car back on the road today & I am so thankful to Steve & his repair team (Robert, Will & others) for bringing my Mustang back to life. He was straight forward in giving me details about the repair & time frame concerns. It was repaired a little earlier than I expected. The thing I appreciate the most is that he told me he would take care of my car the first time I talk to him on the phone, and they did! I would highly recommend them to all my friends who needs their car fixed.

My car was running horribly. I was told I might have transmission issues so I took my car to Transmission Hero because of its high Google ratings. They checked my car out and I did not need a transmission at all. My car was misfiring. Since I had just had work done on the car by someone else I took the car back to them. The owner genuinely wanted to help me with my car problems and, even though he would not have made a dime on me, he offered to help me get parts for my car at a discount. The man really cares about what he does. He educated me about the issues my car was having. I would definitely recommend Transmission hero.
