Go elsewhere. First up job completion timeline was really poor, never was the word "weeks" mentioned. I finally managed to get my pickup back by stating I was sending a flatbed to take it to another shop. They seemed genuinely at a loss as to how to fix my transmission. Bad pump, three bad valve bodies, computer or bad earth? Never did get a straight answer....I don't think they know. After picking up my vehicle it made noise, after a week I went back and they checked the fluid, over a quart low. They blamed that on a minor weep. In the month since that minor weep still has not dropped a drop. And the noise that was there when I picked up the vehicle vanished with the right fluid level. So they absolutely sent it out low on fluid! And it now changes into second harsh. I was not expecting factory smooth but it "smacks" into second now. Talking to them about this was a total waste of time. I regret using transmission hero every time I drive my pickup, don't make the same mistake. Look around, talk to other shops and compare the professionalism of the other shops in comparison to this one. Ralph Miller
