Transmission Hero is amazing! I took my suburban in because of a clunking feel/noise when driving after stopped. I thought for sure it was my transmission that had to be repaired and it completely bummed me out as I would have had to pull the money from my savings. Long story short they found that it was not a complete overhaul but just a sensor that had to be replaced. Will is a great mechanic and very professional. For now on I will take my vehicle there for all automotive issues!

Everyone on the planet has been telling me I needed a transmission rebuild & my car had many of the classic symptoms, or so I thought. I took my car in and had the coupon for $150 of the diagnostic cost. Steve told me I did not need that because they routinely do the entire examination at no cost. I dropped the car off at 10 AM and went back at 5 that afternoon. Steve informed me that my transmission was fine but I did have wheel bearings that needed replacement. There was no charge for any of the time they had spent examining the car and theey did the diagnostic work which must have taken a few hours. I highly recommend Transmission Hero & I would go back there in a heartbeat. Thank you, Steve!

These guys are awesome 😎 hands down broke down traveling from Alabama called several places last night & out of five places this place went above and beyond in helping me after hours. My transmission I thought for sure it was a bad tourqe converter but was I surprised when Steve called & said it was simple tune up after 3 place’s were telling me transmission rebuild its a 2002 Lincoln LS . Got stranded in a grocery store parking lot. 1997 Corvette wouldn't start, and it shifted freely. I called a bunch of places that all said it would be a few days before they could start. Called this place and they said they will start right away and basically informally troubleshooted it over the phone. Dropped it off, they got it on the lift right away. Two days later(would have been sooner if parts were readily available-not their fault), transmission cable, and exhaust gaskets were replaced and car works like a champ. Was going to be over $500, but they were able to apply some discounts and it was about $450. Big thanks to Steve. Really nice guy!
